Social Media Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing multiple social media platforms, creating engaging content, editing short-form videos, and using design tools such as Photoshop and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee company social media accounts across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
• Create and design graphics, posts, and promotional content using Canva and Photoshop.
• Edit and prepare short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Monitor messages, comments, and engagement on social platforms.
• Track performance and analyze social media analytics and insights.
• Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts professionally.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic video editing skills for social media content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok videos).
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, audience engagement, and growth techniques across major platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation (PKR)

40,000 PKR per month – First 30 days
50,000 PKR per month – Days 31 to 60
55,000 PKR per month – From Day 61 onward

Monitoring & Work Conditions

• Fully remote role
• All work is monitored via screenshot monitoring software
