Social Media Manager – Skin Care (D2C)

We are a fast-growing D2C company with a portfolio of skincare and lifestyle brands. Our mission is to deliver innovative, science-backed products while building authentic connections with consumers. Social media is at the heart of our growth strategy, and we’re seeking a Social Media Manager to lead digital storytelling, community engagement, and performance-driven campaigns across platforms.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and convert followers into loyal customers. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and deep understanding of skincare consumers in the D2C ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Create annual and quarterly social media calendars with platform-specific plans.
  • Identify emerging trends, platforms, and opportunities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Content Creation & Management

  • Conceptualize, create, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs).
  • Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging.
  • Ensure content reflects skincare expertise, consumer trust, and lifestyle appeal.
  • Manage multi-brand accounts, tailoring content for diverse audiences.

Community Engagement

  • Build and nurture online communities by responding to queries, feedback, and reviews.
  • Drive UGC (user-generated content) campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • Monitor sentiment and consumer conversations to refine engagement strategies.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, follower growth) and prepare detailed reports.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize content formats, posting times, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align organic and paid social strategies.

Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute product launch campaigns across social platforms.
  • Partner with influencers, dermatologists, and skincare experts to amplify reach.
  • Integrate social campaigns with e-commerce promotions and seasonal events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of D2C marketing and e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,506.41 - ₹25,500.00 per month
