Social Media Manager - The Nova Marketing Agency

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic and Experienced Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for filming and executing our social media strategy across our clients accounts, engage with client(s) audience, and drive brand awareness. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our marketing goals.
• Create engaging content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
• Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends.
• Manage social media accounts using tools such as Later for scheduling posts and analyzing performance.
• Collaborate with Ads Manager and Social Media Director to produce content.
• Foster relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee content creation, ensuring all materials are proofread for accuracy and branding consistency.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and video editing techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and analytics.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles; experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and best practices.
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading content.
• Experience in relationship management within public relations contexts is a plus.
• Knowledge of photography principles is beneficial for creating compelling visual content.
