AZAH is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to lead all social media activities and website content management. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong creativity and communication skills to develop engaging social media strategies, grow and manage Instagram and Facebook platforms, and expertly oversee the companys Shopify store. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field, and brings at least four years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry. The role demands a hands-on professional capable of coordinating with creative teams, planning and executing impactful campaigns, and continuously improving reach and engagement across digital channels. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the successful candidate will take full ownership of social media performance and content execution.
The Social Media Manager is responsible for crafting and delivering compelling content that resonates with the target audience. This includes assisting in photoshoots and video shoots to ensure all marketing materials align with brand objectives. Beyond social media, this position includes maintaining and updating the company website to provide a consistent brand experience. Monitoring performance metrics and analyzing insights shape future content and campaigns to maximize impact.
