The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager & Video Editor who is passionate about storytelling and has a heart for ministry. This dual role will not only manage and grow our online community through compelling social media strategies but also craft and edit engaging video content that reflects our core values and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Management:
• Develop, implement, and oversee creative social media campaigns that resonate with our community and amplify our ministry’s message.
• Monitor and engage with our audience across platforms to foster meaningful relationships and community growth.
• Video Production & Editing:
• Conceptualize, film, and edit video content for various channels, ensuring high-quality, inspirational visuals that align with our brand and mission.
• Collaborate with the team to capture and share authentic stories, testimonies, and ministry events.
• Content Collaboration:
• Work closely with our ministry leaders and creative team to ensure that all content is on-message and reflective of our core values and purpose-driven culture.
• Innovate and adapt content strategies based on audience insights and emerging trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a creative flair.
• A collaborative spirit and a passion for working in a close-knit, purpose-driven environment.
• Alignment with our values and comfort working within a ministry setting. Prior experience in non-profit or ministry environments is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,083.00 - $60,000.00 per year
