Social Media & Market Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a mature and experienced Social Media & Marketing Specialist who can work independently and bring creativity to our brand. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a wide range of marketing and media-related tasks, with the ability to manage projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms with engaging and consistent content.
• Plan, create, and schedule posts to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Shoot and edit photos and videos for campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Develop creative marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Handle end-to-end content creation including graphics, captions, and scheduling.
• Monitor trends, insights, and performance analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Coordinate and manage vendor dealings related to marketing, printing, events, and promotions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, marketing, photography, and video editing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and content trends.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Excellent communication, vendor management, and time management skills.
• Creativity and problem-solving mindset.
