Social Media Marketer

We're on the lookout for a creative, data-driven Social Media Marketer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands the ever-evolving social landscape but also knows how to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and measurable growth across all key platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Execute Strategy: Create innovative, platform-specific social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Content Creation: Write, design, and curate compelling content (images, videos, reels, graphics, copy) tailored to each platform.
• Community Management: Engage daily with followers, respond to comments/messages, and nurture a vibrant online community.
• Campaign Planning: Plan and schedule content calendars, product launches, campaigns, and promotional efforts.
• Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, analyze engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion data to optimize performance.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and competitor strategies to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
• Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with content writers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
• Fluent in Arabic and English—exceptional written and verbal communication in both languages is a must.
• Strong creative eye with the ability to translate strategy into engaging visual and written content.
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe CC, MailerLite, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms.
• Experience with paid social campaigns.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
