Job Summary:

We are hiring a Social Media Marketer to develop and execute strategies that enhance our brand’s online presence, drive audience engagement, and support business growth through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and create engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage day-to-day posting, campaigns, and community engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team for impactful campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize for ROI.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of content planning, campaign management, analytics, and engagement strategies.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent copywriting, and creative storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and derive actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
