Social Media Marketer

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketer with expertise in managing and optimizing social media ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. This role is perfect for a creative, trend-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving brand awareness, generating organic leads, and optimizing digital campaigns for multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

2. Design and maintain marketing calendars for multiple accounts, ensuring timely execution of campaigns aligned with business goals.

3. Drive organic lead generation through targeted ad campaigns, SEO, and effective digital marketing strategies.

4. Understand and implement best practices for landing pages to improve conversion rates and enhance the user experience.

5. Utilize Pixels and other analytics tools to track customer behavior and gain insights for campaign optimization.

6. Write compelling captions, select appropriate hashtags, and create content that aligns with the brand’s tone and objectives.

7. Develop online newsletters and email marketing strategies to increase engagement, conversions, and customer retention.

8. Ensure the company’s website ranks highly for relevant keywords and search queries to drive organic traffic.

9. Identify and establish partnerships with influencers and industry marketers to collaborate on impactful content creation.

10. Track key metrics like conversion rates, engagement levels, and website performance; provide detailed reports and actionable insights.

11. Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, offering strategic recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

12. Deliver presentations to internal stakeholders on campaign performance and future strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong writing skills with an ability to create engaging, brand-consistent content.
  • Ability to work with marketing calendars, campaign budgets, and reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
