Designation: Social Media Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Is a Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide clients. (i.e: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate analytical reports
• Track trends, optimize content for reach and engagement
• Occasionally appear in video content (Reels, Explainers, etc.) with confidence and

clarity.

• Analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns in real time by collecting data and producing reports required to evaluate the effectiveness of social media programs.
• knowledge of paid marketing via adwords/facebook/affiliate marketing

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Social Media Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
