- Track performance insights and suggest improvements based on data and trends.
- Research competitors, content formats, and new engagement opportunities.
- 2–4 years of experience in social or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy and storytelling.
- Creative thinking with the ability to structure ideas into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Comfort working with performance metrics and basic analytics tools.
