Position OverviewThe Social Media, Marketing & PR Manager will be the creative voice and visual storyteller of Blaura. This role combines brand communication, digital strategy, and public relations , ensuring Blaura’s presence across social media and partnerships reflects its refined identity and purpose.
The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic sense, a natural understanding of trends, and the confidence to represent the brand authentically both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content across all Blaura social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others).
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Blaura’s identity and goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners.
- Act as a public-facing representative for Blaura when needed , attending events, coordinating collaborations, or appearing in media content.
- Oversee photoshoots and video content production with a keen eye for detail, lighting, and brand alignment.
- Identify and integrate current trends that fit Blaura’s tone and audience.
- Write engaging captions, newsletters, and campaign messages with clarity and emotional connection.
- Manage PR activities , including press releases, media coverage, and event communications.
- Collaborate with other departments to highlight their services through creative storytelling.
- Track engagement and performance metrics to continually refine strategies and ensure measurable growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in social media management, PR, or brand marketing (wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and networking skills; confident in outreach and relationship building.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when representing the brand or hosting digital content.
- Experience managing collaborations, influencer relations, and PR events.
- Proficient in content planning tools, analytics, and creative direction.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Farsi is an advantage).
