Job Description:

We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Associate who have 1/2 year experince and who is creative, client-oriented, and execution-focused. This role demands strong communication with clients, creative thinking, and the ability to manage 5–8 brand projects independently. The ideal candidate must also have a good understanding of paid ads across major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate directly with clients to understand their brand identity, tone, objectives, and marketing needs.

Create and manage monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, and copywriting briefs for each project.

Collaborate with design, video, and ads teams to ensure timely and aligned execution.

Manage social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for multiple brands.

Coordinate with the ad manager to set up, monitor, and analyze paid campaigns (boosts and conversion ads).

Analyze insights and prepare performance reports with improvement recommendations.

Track trends, competitors, and industry best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in social media management, client coordination, and campaign planning.

Strong creative mindset with the ability to think and act like a brand owner.

Excellent communication and multitasking skills to handle 5–8 projects simultaneously.

Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram boosts, TikTok ads, and basic Google Ads.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Trello/Notion, and analytics dashboards.

Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and deadline-focused approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
