Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media / Marketing Associate to manage social media accounts, create engaging marketing content, and support promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility. This role will focus heavily on Instagram content creation to connect with sports card enthusiasts and grow our online community. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who is both creative and strategic, and who wants to grow in the fast-evolving sports card market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media accounts (primarily Instagram).
• Create engaging posts (captions, images, and videos) aligned with brand tone.
• Plan and execute a social media content schedule to increase followers and engagement.
• Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness.
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for consistent branding.
• Stay updated on sports card and social media trends to create timely content.
• Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and event promotions.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and passion for the sports card industry (brands, grading companies, market trends, and community culture) is required.
• Excellent English writing skills with a creative edge.
• Experience managing social media accounts with proven engagement growth.
• Strong organizational and self-management skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Skills in graphic design (Photoshop, Canva) and/or video editing (Premiere, Final Cut Pro) are a plus.

Bonus Skills

• Proficiency in multiple social media platforms, especially Instagram.
• Ability to create visually appealing designs and short-form videos.
• Proven track record of building engagement and community growth.
