Longbridge is an innovative online brokerage firm making investing more accessible, intuitive, and rewarding for retail investors. We are expanding in the U.S. and are looking for a Creative Lead to bring our brand vision to life across social media, paid media, email, and in-app channels.


Role Overview

We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing & Content Manager who’s both strategic and hands-on —someone who can concept, design, and produce engaging content that connects with retail investors. From quick-turn TikTok videos and educational Instagram carousels to bold paid banners and in-app animations, you’ll shape how our brand shows up across channels.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to create content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions.


This role is based in our New York City, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.


What You’ll Do


  • Lead end-to-end creative production for videos, static images, carousels, and animations across social, paid, email, and in-app channels.
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling concepts that reflect our brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop content tailored to different platforms—from high-converting ads to educational and community-focused content.
  • Manage the creative production calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product marketing managers to ensure all creatives are consistent, clear, and performance-driven.
  • Stay ahead of creative trends in fintech, retail investing, and social media to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Manage and provide direction to freelancers, designers, videographers, and agencies as needed.


What You Bring


  • 5+years of experience in social media strategy and content creation , ideally within fintech, e-commerce, or other consumer-facing brands.
  • Proven ability to produce both video and static creatives for paid and organic channels.
  • Proficiency in design and video tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects , or similar.
  • Deep understanding of social platform best practices (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Exceptional organization and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling, design range, and measurable results.


Nice-to-Have


  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or retail investing.
  • Motion design and animation expertise.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics and how creatives influence conversion outcomes.
