Job Summary:

The Social Media Marketing & Content Strategist will manage brand presence across platforms, create and plan content calendars, oversee influencer marketing, and handle both online and offline branding. The role includes content creation support, coordinating with the graphic and marketing teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns.

Responsibilities:

· Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.

· Oversee content creation- captions, concepts, reels ideas, briefs for designers, and campaign messaging.

· Manage daily posting, engagement, and analytics.

· Handle influencer marketing – sourcing, negotiations, coordination, and tracking deliverables.

· Delegate tasks to graphic designers and marketing team; ensure timely creative outputs.

· Coordinate online and offline branding activities, including store branding, events, and promotional campaigns.

· Ensure consistent brand communication across platforms and materials.

· Track performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Candidate Profile:

· 1–3 years in social media/digital/brand marketing.

· Strong content writing and ideation skills.

· Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & trends.

· Experience in influencer coordination.

· Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

· Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.

Working Days:

· Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

· 2nd & 4th Saturday off
