Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Job brief:
We are looking for a talented Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for CC Turnkey Events. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts, research marketing trends, post content on each relevant platform, and encourage audience engagement. We hope to find someone who is a motivated self-starter who enjoys the live music/events scene.

If you are a tech-savvy professional with an interest in communicating with clients through online channels, we would like to meet you.

Recommended experience in photo/ video editing, content creation, social media management, graphic design, brand management, and photography.

What you will be doing?
As a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. You will oversee all marketing for CC Turnkey Events groups and others as needed.

Responsibilities including but not limited:

• Research audience preferences and discover current trends
• Create engaging text, image and video content
• Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around our services
• Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Oversee social media accounts’ layout
• Write articles, and create a blog and optimize our brand awareness
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
• Assist event coordinator and sales representatives
• Answer phones and emails, collect payments and assist customers with their orders and questions.

Requirements

• Expertise in multiple social media platforms
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Ability to create and deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Multitasking and analytical skills
• BS degree in Marketing, New media or relevant fields is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
