We are looking for a passionate Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our remote team and contribute to building strong brand visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple clients and internal projects.
• Create engaging content, captions, and campaigns for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting and consistency.
• Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize for better ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
• Strong creative and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
• Experience with paid advertising campaigns is a plus.
