A fast-growing Downtown Fort Myers restaurant and nightlife group is looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help support multiple popular concepts including restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys graphic design, social media, events, and hospitality marketing while working in a fast-paced and fun environment.

You’ll assist with social media content, promotional graphics, event marketing, and guest engagement across several brands.

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Create basic marketing graphics for events, promotions, and menus
• Help develop engaging content including photos, videos, and captions
• Assist with event promotion and marketing campaigns
• Monitor and respond to guest messages, reviews, and online feedback
• Coordinate with managers to promote special events, happy hours, and seasonal promotions
• Help maintain brand consistency across multiple venues
• Assist with email marketing, website updates, and promotional materials
• Capture photos and short videos of events, food, drinks, and nightlife atmosphere

Ideal Candidate

• Experience with social media marketing
• Familiar with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Comfortable taking photos/videos for content creation
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects and brands
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Interest in restaurants, nightlife, and hospitality marketing
• Ability to work some evenings or weekends for events (when needed)

Preferred (but not required)

• Hospitality or restaurant marketing experience
• Video editing (Reels / TikTok style content)
• Basic understanding of digital advertising or promotion
