Position Overview

We need someone who lives and breathes content. Photos, videos, reels, TikToks, captions, you name it. If you’re creative, love to hop on trends, and can make everyday moments shine online, you’ll fit right in. We are looking for someone passionate about storytelling, design, and digital trends. The ideal candidate has proven experience producing engaging photo, video, and written content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content that highlights our services, culture, and patient success stories. We also need someone to represent the practice and assist with planning and executing Marketing Events throughout the year.

What You’ll Do

· Brainstorm, create, and post fresh content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, & YouTube

· Show off patient transformations, behind-the-scenes fun, and team culture

· Plan out a posting schedule and keep our pages consistent

· Come up with campaign ideas that make people stop scrolling

· Track how our content performs and keep leveling up

· Stay on top of the latest trends, apps, and best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a content creator, social media coordinator, or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work (please provide links or samples)
• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Canva
• CapCut / Final Cut Pro (or other video editing software)
• Social media scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• Excellent writing skills for engaging, professional captions
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Bonus Points If You Have

· Photography/videography skills. We love a good DSLR shot but mobile pros are welcome too!

• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
