Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, grow our brand, and drive engagement across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will be experienced in content creation, social media strategy, paid ads, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies
• Manage and grow company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube
• Create engaging content (posts, captions, reels, stories, videos)
• Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports
• Respond to messages, comments, and build community engagement
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Employees engagement activities

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
• Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Ability to create high-quality, creative, and engaging content
• Knowledge of paid advertising strategies
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools preferred)

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience with SEO and content marketing
• Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue)
• Ability to run influencer campaigns
• Experience working with e-commerce brands
