Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support content creation, social media management, and digital campaign execution. This role requires a balance of marketing understanding, creative execution, and performance awareness. The ideal candidate can plan content, design high quality creatives using Canva, and contribute to campaign optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Design high quality digital creatives using Canva including posts, carousels, ads, stories, and banners
• Support the execution and optimisation of Meta advertising campaigns. Basic Google Ads knowledge is an advantage
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand goals, audience engagement, and platform best practices
• Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all digital channels
• Monitor content and campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and campaign objectives

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing
• Strong proficiency in Canva with the ability to produce clean, on brand designs
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current trends
• Experience creating ad creatives and supporting paid social campaigns
• Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, or performance tracking is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently

What We Offer

• Initial 3 month in office probation period
• Hybrid working model after successful probation
• Monthly salary between PKR 60,000 and 80,000 based on skills and portfolio
• Performance review and potential salary increment after probation
