Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

This is a hands-on role focused on content creation, social media growth, brand positioning, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing content independently, running paid ads, and producing professional creatives using Canva.

This position requires someone organised, proactive, and results-driven who can execute marketing strategies and monitor performance effectively.

Location: Onsite
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000/month
Work Location: II Chundrigar Road, Near Tower (Karachi)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Create and schedule engaging posts aligned with brand strategy
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn preferred)
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
• Generate quality leads through organic and paid strategies
• Coordinate video, image, and written content for consistent branding
• Prepare professional captions and written content in strong English
• Track engagement, reach, and lead performance metrics
• Suggest new content ideas and growth strategies

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in Social Media Marketing
• Experience running Facebook/Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager)
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
• Organized, deadline-oriented, and proactive
