We’re looking for passionate, resourceful, and culturally aware Marketing Executives who can bridge the gap between brands and the vibrant online communities that shape opinions and drive trends.

The Impact You’ll Make

In this role, you won’t just be “running campaigns” — you’ll be shaping how our brand and our clients’ brands are perceived in one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving digital markets in the world.

You will be the go-to connector between our creative vision and the influencers, bloggers, and content creators who can bring it to life. Your work will directly influence brand visibility, audience engagement, and campaign success.

From negotiating collaborations with top TikTok creators to spotting the next viral trend before it peaks, your insights and actions will help us stay ahead of the curve and deliver campaigns that resonate deeply with the specific market audience.

What You’ll Do

- Influencer & Blogger Outreach – Identify, research, and connect with relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators in the specific market across TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, and emerging platforms.

- Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with social media personalities, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.

- Campaign Planning & Execution – Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience preferences.

- Trend Spotting – Monitor social media trends, viral content, and platform updates to keep campaigns fresh, relevant, and culturally aligned.

- Content Collaboration – Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging, platform-specific content ideas tailored for the specific market audience.

- Performance Tracking – Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, analyze engagement metrics, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.

- Market Insight – Stay informed about competitor activities, audience behavior shifts, and new influencer opportunities in the specific market.

- Cross-Team Collaboration – Coordinate with sales, design, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and impactful.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in influencer outreach, social media marketing, or digital campaign management — ideally with a focus on the specific market.

- Strong network or working knowledge of specific market-based bloggers, influencers, and content creators.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (both written and spoken).

- Deep understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, and other social platforms — including their algorithms, audience behaviors, and content trends.

- A creative mindset with the ability to spot trends early and turn them into marketing opportunities.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

- Negotiation skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with influencers and partners.

- A results-driven approach, with the ability to measure and report on campaign ROI.

Working Hours: 10am to 9pm (Have 2 break times with 1 hour for each time / 6 working days)
