Description

The Social Media Marketing Executive (Arabic Speaker) supports the Marketing & Communications department in enhancing the online presence and visibility of Marsa Malaz Kempinski across all digital channels. The role is responsible for creating engaging content in both Arabic and English, managing live social media coverage, and ensuring that all communications reflect the hotel’s luxurious positioning and brand identity.

The position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to support restaurant activations, events, and live stories coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the hotel’s marketing objectives and brand standards.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging Arabic and English content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
  • Capture real-time live stories and videos from restaurants, events, and brand experiences.
  • Coordinate and support photoshoots, videoshoots, influencer visits, and collaborations.
  • Ensure all social media content upholds the Kempinski visual identity and tone of voice.
  • Track performance metrics, engagement, and campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on advertising campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Manage community engagement through timely and professional responses in Arabic and English.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, competitor activities, and new platform features relevant to the GCC market.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a related field, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of GCC culture, online behaviour, and influencer landscape.
  • Hands-on experience in content production tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, InShot).
  • Basic photography and videography skills are an advantage.
  • Flexible and willing to work outside standard hours to cover live activations and events.
  • Excellent organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
