Social Media Marketing Intern

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about content creation, social media trends, and digital storytelling. You will gain hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, building brand presence, and engaging with online communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities.
• Support in running paid and organic campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
• Track performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, followers, impressions) and prepare weekly reports.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop creative posts, reels, and stories.
• Research competitors and industry trends to suggest innovative ideas.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their features.
• Creative mindset with good writing and storytelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to brand growth.
