<Responsibilities>

• Assist in developing and executing creative social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform content strategy.
• Manage scheduling and publishing of posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and engagement.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
• Support in managing public relations efforts by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering community relationships.

• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with social listening tools, Hootsuite, Buffer, and other social media management applications.
• Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing skills.
• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content.
• Strong relationship management skills to engage with online communities effectively.
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and digital marketing strategies for e-commerce is a plus.
