2025 Spring through the Summer:

• Remote: $18.00 an hour, flexible hours per week – details to be discussed
• In-Office/Event Sites: $17.00 an hour, 20 hours/week

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation
• Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Bonus: Experience in graphic design and video editing
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for various social media platforms
• Work with the team to develop effective social media strategies
• Increase brand awareness through active participation on social media platforms
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all social media channels
• Monitor metrics, analyze data, and prepare insightful social media reports
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and messages
• Generate and publish blogs on ColdIron's websites and social media platforms
• Craft marketing emails utilizing platforms like Constant Contact
• Support office and sales staff with administrative tasks
• Assist the Marketing team with additional projects and campaigns
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and create/send press releases
• Perform other duties as assigned
