We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team at Codexcel/Nexdeer. This role involves assisting in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging posts, captions, and stories
• Support in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor strategies
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports
• Assist in creating basic graphics or coordinating with the design team

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas
Good written communication skills for captions and posts

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is a plus
• Basic computer skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Fresh graduates or final-year students (Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields preferred but not mandatory)

Experience Level:

• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in managing social media pages is a plus (not required)
