Social Media Marketing Internship – Ethisol Marketing Agency (Johar Town, Lahore)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop graphics, captions, reels, stories, and videos.
• Monitor social media pages for engagement, respond to messages/comments, and help grow an active community.
• Research trending hashtags, viral formats, and industry trends to boost reach and engagement.
• Contribute to content calendars, campaign planning, and execution of weekly/monthly posting schedules.
• Track and report basic analytics on follower growth, engagement, and campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar.
• Support in executing campaigns, giveaways, polls, and influencer collaborations.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
• Stay updated with latest social media updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong interest in digital marketing and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter (X).
• Creativity with a good eye for design and storytelling.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or basic editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
