Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager with a strong focus on video content strategy, creation, and optimization. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through short-form and long-form video, understands what makes content go viral, and is skilled in video editing and basic videography. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube, and knows how to drive engagement through compelling visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a video-first social media content strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and long-form videos tailored to each platform and audience.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting of high-quality video content that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team, designers, and other departments to produce multimedia content that supports campaigns, launches, and brand messaging.
- Track, analyze, and report on video performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement, conversion) to optimize content and drive results.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in video marketing, social media algorithms, platform features, and visual storytelling.
- Occasionally shoot on-location or in-office video content (interviews, behind-the-scenes, tutorials, events, etc.).
- Manage and grow community engagement across all platforms by responding to comments and encouraging conversation around video content.
- Oversee or assist with paid social media campaigns involving video assets (boosted posts, video ads, reels ads, etc.).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media management with a focus on video content.
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Basic videography skills including camera operation, lighting, and sound are a strong plus.
- Proficiency in content planning tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio).
- Deep understanding of what makes video content perform well across different platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong copywriting skills for captions, headlines, and calls to action.
- Strong visual and creative sense; basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
