Social Media Marketing Manager

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a Marketing & Social Media Manager to strengthen our brand presence in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with a deep understanding of Saudi culture, capable of transforming these insights into impactful campaigns and engaging content across both digital and offline channels.


Key Responsibilities


Content & Storytelling

  • Lead Saudi-focused content strategy and execution.
  • Act as the cultural voice of the brand in KSA, creating content that resonates authentically.
  • Develop engaging Arabic copy for social posts, campaigns, and activations.
  • Ensure alignment with global brand campaigns while tailoring to Saudi market needs.

Social Media & Community Management

  • Manage Saudi social media platforms (Twitter/X, Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Grow and engage the Saudi digital community through trend-driven activations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize impact.

Creative & Production Network

  • Build and manage a network of Saudi freelancers: copywriters, videographers, photographers, editors, designers, and local suppliers.
  • Oversee content production — from briefing to delivery — ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Manage budgets for local content creation and marketing activations.

Campaigns, Events & Influencers

  • Localize global campaigns for Saudi audiences.
  • Conceptualize and execute Saudi-specific campaigns and brand activations.
  • Manage collaborations with Saudi influencers, cultural figures, and lifestyle communities.
  • Support local events, sponsorships, and PR stunts that elevate brand visibility in KSA.

Brand & Market Insights

  • Act as brand guardian in KSA, ensuring tone, look, and feel are adapted authentically.
  • Provide insights on Saudi consumer behavior, cultural trends, and competitive activity.
  • Advise HQ marketing teams on market nuances and opportunities.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (professional).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, digital content, or social media within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi culture, humor, and digital trends.
  • Proven track record of managing social platforms and influencer campaigns.
  • Strong network of creative freelancers and suppliers in KSA.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with sharp storytelling ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
