Job title: Social Media Marketing Manager
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Summary: The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for building brand presence and leading community engagement across all social channels, as well as increasing awareness and engagement & driving store visits. This role will also work with franchisees on Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives to increase sales & traffic to those locations.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Content Creation & Paid Media

Develop, design, & curate engaging content for posts across all Erbert & Gerbert's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Own all social media content calendar creation and execution

Assist in planning and coordinating photoshoots

Ideate and craft eye-catching and trendsetting reels that showcase our products and brand personality

Work with design team to create aesthetically pleasing visual assets that align with the brand's identity

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, utilizing metrics to gauge the success of our campaigns

Continuously optimize our strategies by understanding and leveraging analytics

Community Feedback

Monitor new product offerings (LTOs) feedback across all channels

Respond to all comments & DMs on all paid and organic channels

Work with team on overall customer sentiment

Keep a pulse on industry trends and how we should position our product against competing brands on social media

Local Store Marketing liaison

Work with franchisees to execute core LSM tactics in their communities

Assist with any quarterly or annual goals for the company & franchisee locations
- Support with new store openings (NSOs) from both a social media perspective as well as assisting with local marketing activities
Required Skills and Abilities

Proven experience in creating compelling content across social media platforms.

A skilled eye for design and the ability to translate creative ideas into great posts.

A keen understanding of current social media trends

Proficient with graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Strong grasp of both organic and paid social

Proven experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results.

Self-starter & great communication skills

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Background in QSR industry is a significant plus
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years' experience working in social media; restaurant/food service preferred.

Proven success utilizing social channels, streaming, email, creatively to achieve organizational and marketing goals

Experience with social media advertising as well as working with related agencies

Track record of managing budgets
