Social Media & Marketing Manager
About Us
FWM is a family-owned aluminum manufacturer in Hudson, NH, home to three high-end brands:
- FWM Docks: Premium aluminum floating, rolling, and stationary dock systems for residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial waterfronts throughout the Northeast.
- Rugged Aluminum Trailers: Direct-to-consumer, custom-built aluminum utility, deckover, and car hauler trailers shipped nationwide.
- FWM Inc.: One of the world’s leading manufacturers of cryogenic heat exchangers and ambient vaporizers for industrial gas clients.
Our reputation is built on engineering, craftsmanship, and service. Now we’re ready to bring that same level of quality to our online presence.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Social Media & Marketing Manager who can own the day-to-day voice, content, and engagement across all three brands. This isn’t a desk-only job. You’ll be in the shop, out in the field, on the water, and on job sites capturing real content that shows customers who we are and how we work.
You’ll partner with our external agency (Vital in Portsmouth) on bigger campaigns and paid media, while taking charge of the organic side—social channels, content creation, email campaigns, and brand storytelling.
This is a high-visibility role with room to grow.
What You’ll Do
1. Social Media & Community Management
- Manage and grow social channels for FWM Docks, Rugged Trailers, and FWM Inc.
- Build content calendars, post consistently, engage with followers, answer messages, and establish each brand’s unique online voice.
- Create platform-specific content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X/Twitter.
2. Content Creation & Field Storytelling
- Spend time on the floor in Hudson gathering photo and video content.
- Join dock installation crews across the Northeast and capture how our projects come together—residential, commercial, camp, municipal, and industrial.
- Produce high-quality Reels, Shorts, Stories, customer spotlights, and behind-the-scenes clips that bring our brands to life.
- Document trailer builds, weld quality, dock manufacturing, heat exchanger production, new product launches, and more.
3. Email Marketing & HubSpot Execution
- Own HubSpot email marketing—newsletters, promos, nurture workflows, list segmentation.
- Keep B2C and B2B audiences engaged with consistent, targeted communication.
- Make sure leads captured from social and email route properly to sales.
4. Brand Strategy & Collaboration
- Work side-by-side with Vital on web updates, paid pushes, and larger campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and tone across all customer-facing channels.
- Identify opportunities to elevate how we present ourselves online, from content ideas to new storytelling series.
5. Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report KPIs: reach, engagement, traffic, leads, email performance.
- Use data to refine what you’re doing and help shape the long-term digital strategy.
Who You Are
You’re a mix of creative, strategic, and hands-on. You’re comfortable switching between three very different audiences:
- Lakefront homeowners

- Industrial gas engineers, B2B partners, and contract manufacturing clients
You’re probably a great fit if you’re:
- A natural storyteller through photo, video, and copy.
- Experienced with social media for business accounts.
- Skilled at shooting and editing mobile-first content.
- Confident with HubSpot for email and basic automation.
- Comfortable being in the field, around tools, machinery, and construction environments.
- A self-starter who can juggle multiple brands and deadlines.
- Someone who enjoys variety—no two days will be the same here.
