Social Media Marketing Manager

Dione Software is seeking a motivated Social Media Marketing Intern / Junior Executive with at least 4 months of hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing. This role is ideal for early-career candidates who want to further develop their skills by working across the complete advertising lifecycle, from content and ad production to publishing and performance monitoring.

The position also requires official visits to partner or affiliated campuses for content coordination, coverage, and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns.
• Support the end-to-end ad process, including:
• Campaign and ad idea development
• Coordination of creatives (graphics, captions, videos)
• Publishing and scheduling ads and posts
• Help monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Manage day-to-day social media posting and coordination tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams for marketing activities.
• Visit other campuses for content collection, marketing coordination, and brand representation.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platform policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 months of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content handling.
• Undergraduate, fresh graduate, or final-year student in Marketing, Media Studies, Business, IT, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital ads.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for official campus visits as required.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Basic exposure to Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools.
• Understanding of content scheduling and analytics.
