Position Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital and technological marketing efforts in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will not only master social media, content creation, and paid advertising strategies but also bring knowledge of web development, AI-driven marketing, IT infrastructure, and CRM operations to elevate our digital presence.


This role requires a strategic thinker with creative flair and strong technical expertise, capable of enhancing brand presence, engaging clients, safeguarding digital assets, and driving lead generation through cutting-edge campaigns.


Major Tasks / Responsibilities


1 . Social Media Strategy & Management


Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.

Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging.

Lead Meta Ads Manager campaigns with precise audience targeting and optimisation.



2. Content Creation, Branding & AI Integration


Create and oversee production of visually appealing, AI-enhanced, and SEO-optimised content (posts, reels, videos, podcasts, blogs).

Direct video production & editing, ensuring professional-quality property showcases and client testimonials.

Collaborate with graphic design teams (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX tools) to produce innovative marketing visuals.

Experiment with AI-powered video generation, chatbots, and predictive marketing tools for client engagement.



3. Paid Advertising (PPC), Lead Generation & CRM Operations


Design and manage PPC campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Conduct A/B testing and performance optimisation for maximum ROI.

Ensure seamless integration between social media lead capture and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, OQOOD, or real estate-specific CRMs).

Oversee CRM technical operations to ensure proper lead nurturing and reporting.



4. Web Development & IT Collaboration


Coordinate with web developers to optimise landing pages, blogs, and property listings for SEO & UI/UX excellence.

Support in website updates, functionality testing, and API integrations for marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with IT to ensure website hosting, uptime monitoring, and security compliance.



5. IT Support, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure


Work closely with the IT team to maintain smooth marketing operations.

Ensure all marketing systems (emails, CRM, ads platforms) are secure and GDPR/UAE data protection compliant.

Assist in cybersecurity training and awareness sessions for the marketing team (phishing prevention, data privacy, password policies).

Oversee infrastructure readiness for digital campaigns (servers, cloud platforms, backups).



6. Community Engagement & Client Interaction


Engage with potential buyers, tenants, and investors by responding to inquiries promptly.

Foster online relationships through interactive campaigns, Q&A sessions, and live property tours.

Partner with influencers, industry experts, and media platforms for collaborations.


7. Analytics, Research & Reporting


Track campaign performance with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and AI analytics tools.

Deliver weekly/monthly reports with insights on engagement, lead generation, and ROI.

Conduct competitor analysis and market research to adapt strategies proactively.



8. Project Management & Digital Innovation


Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery.

Collaborate across sales, design, web development, and IT teams for integrated campaigns.

Drive innovation through AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies.



Requirements & Skills


Marketing & Advertising Expertise


  • 3–5 years’ experience in social media/digital marketing (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven record in PPC, SEM, SEO, campaign optimisation, and CRM operations.


Creative & Technical Skills


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, UI/UX design principles.
  • Video production & editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut).
  • Copywriting, Blogging, Podcasting, and AI-enhanced content creation.


Web Development & IT Skills


  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of web integrations, hosting, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with IT support systems, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity practices.


Analytics & Tools


  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite, CRM dashboards, and AI marketing platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools, automation software, and predictive analytics.


Soft Skills


  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic preferred).



Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Web Development, or related fields.


Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Cybersecurity Basics, or Digital Marketing.


Training in AI, automation tools, or IT infrastructure management is an added advantage.
