About the Role

Royal Solar Energy Pvt Ltd is seeking a strategic and performance-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager (SMM) to lead our digital presence and drive qualified lead generation for our solar product portfolio, including inverters, batteries, and complete solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business objectives
• Plan, create, and manage high-quality content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Lead and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta Ads) focused on lead generation and conversions
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROI), and continuously optimize for improved results
• Manage online community engagement, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, marketing) to align campaigns with product offerings
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing
• Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads Manager and lead generation campaigns
• Prior experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
