Position Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a creative mindset, a passion for social media, and the willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of our Marketing Lead. You will help create, schedule, and publish content that strengthens Octacer’s digital presence and aligns with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design posts, reels, and stories for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Caption Writing: Write clear, engaging captions with relevant hashtags and CTAs.
• Scheduling & Posting: Follow the content calendar and use scheduling tools to publish on time.
• Trend Research: Identify new formats, trends, and viral content ideas.
• Basic Video Editing: Edit short videos for reels and campaigns.
• Performance Tracking: Compile engagement reports for review.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain Octacer’s tone, style, and creative direction.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook best practices.
• Proficiency in Canva/Figma or similar design tools.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animations, or social media analytics is a plus.
