Social Media & Marketing Specialist

About Us:

Elements Skincare is a premium skincare brand offering scientifically formulated products for radiant and healthy skin. We are looking for a CREATIVE and results-driven Social Media & Marketing specialist to lead our online presence, engage with our audience, and grow the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content (images, videos, reels, and stories) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Plan and run marketing campaigns, seasonal offers, and product launches.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and influencers to create impactful content.
• Stay updated with beauty, skincare, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing (skincare/beauty industry preferred).
• Strong creative skills with the ability to design engaging content.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Knowledge of paid ads, SEO, and influencer collaborations is a plus.
