Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are a growing Cleaning and Restoration company. Our mission is to help homeowners and businesses recover quickly and safely after unexpected damage. We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us expand our digital presence, engage our audience, and drive measurable growth across social platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging and on-brand content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, reels, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand voice and alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Might also handle email marketing, website updates, and other digital promotions.
• Contents Creator- As a small business we rely heavily on visuals, showing dedication content creation, producing photos, videos, or graphics for social media platforms
• Drone Experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
