Job Summary:

The Social Media Marketing will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content for our social media channels, with a focus on driving engagement and maintaining the brand's voice. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with social media platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Twitter, and LinkedIn, and should be skilled in developing and executing social media campaigns that align with our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and edit engaging content for social media platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars and plan social media campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
• Optimize content based on analytics and feedback to improve engagement rates, reach, and overall campaign performance.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media content creation.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a strong community around the brand.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience in managing social media campaigns, particularly on Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
