Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills who can effectively manage campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to increase brand awareness and customer interaction.
  • Execute multichannel marketing initiatives that integrate digital, print advertising, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for the creation of compelling visual content that aligns with marketing goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms including email marketing campaigns, blogs, and website updates using WordPress and HTML.
  • Implement performance marketing techniques to optimize campaign effectiveness through data analysis using Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support product management initiatives.
  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Skills

  • Proficient in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, B2B marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies including email marketing and social media advertising.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes.
  • Excellent research skills coupled with strong copywriting abilities to create persuasive content.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and practices is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively while maximizing ROI on campaigns.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
