Social Media Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute day-to-day posting across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging, original content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling creatives and copy.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and emerging platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to maintain community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and generate regular reports.
• Assist in running paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analyzing their effectiveness.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and suggest ideas for improvement.
• Stay updated on social media algorithms and best practices.

Minimum 1.5 year experience required.
