Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and data-driven
Social Media Marketing Specialist
to manage and grow our online presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing online communities, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.

Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn.

Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and influencers to produce high-quality content.

Run paid social media campaigns and optimize ads for performance (optional based on role).

Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Support brand campaigns and product launches through social platforms.

Handle community management and escalate customer issues when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.

Strong copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
