Role Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate should be passionate about growth marketing, analytics, and staying ahead of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Write compelling ad copy, social media posts, and email marketing content that converts.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, social ads, display, retargeting).
• Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility.
• Create and test landing page copy to maximize conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare reports on KPIs, ROI, and performance insights.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce consistent and engaging creatives.
• Stay up to date with digital trends, advertising algorithms, and copywriting best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Proven experience in writing high-performing ad copy and digital content.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong focus on results and attention to detail.
