Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Provis Technologies is seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist who can join us from office and take ownership of our social media presence. The candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of driving brand awareness and engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Create, plan, and schedule posts, reels, and stories
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and ad copies
• Monitor comments, DMs, and actively engage with the audience
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate with graphic designers and marketing team for content
• Plan and execute social media campaigns
• Stay updated with latest social media trends and algorithm changes
• Support paid social media campaigns (Meta ads – basic to intermediate level)

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools
• Content planning and campaign execution skills
• Basic understanding of paid ads and analytics
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Creative thinking with a data-driven approach

Eligibility & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing
• Experience in handling brand or agency social media accounts
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field preferred
• Must be comfortable working from office
