A Social Media Specialist at 51Talk is responsible for managing and growing the brand’s online presence through strategic content creation, community engagement, and platform optimization


Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Strategy
  • Develop and execute engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
  • Align content with 51Talk’s brand identity and local audience preferences.
  • Monitor trends and local events to create timely campaigns.
  • Community Engagement
  • Manage private user communities and foster positive brand reputation.
  • Generate high-quality referral leads through interactive activities.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and feedback promptly.
  • Campaign Management
  • Run targeted social media campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams for cohesive execution.
  • Market Research & Localization
  • Conduct audience analysis to refine messaging and content formats.
  • Tailor strategies to regional markets for cultural relevance.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–3 years in social media marketing or operations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
