Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries
• Track performance metrics and prepare marketing reports
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
• Experience in content creation, copywriting, and campaign management
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an advantage
• Strong creativity, communication, and organizational skills
