Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a brand's online presence, creating engaging content, and executing strategies to grow its digital audience
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality text, images, and videos (Reels, TikToks) tailored to specific platform algorithms.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop editorial calendars and campaign roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Community Engagement: Moderate comments, respond to direct messages, and foster active discussions with followers to build brand loyalty.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach and engagement using tools like Google Analytics or platform-native insights.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize boosting or ad campaigns via Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Design & Editing: Proficiency in creative tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CapCut.
- Writing Skills: Strong copywriting ability to write catchy captions and professional ad copy.
- Technical Tools: Familiarity with management software like Hootsuite, Buffer, or HubSpot.
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
