Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Brand Marketing Planning & Execution

· Develop and implement brand-building strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives.

· Plan and oversee product launches, offline advertising, PR initiatives, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.

· Lead local community events, exhibitions, roadshows, and on-ground initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and trust.

· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure brand initiatives support sales objectives.

· Coordinate with the Digital Marketer to ensure promotional campaigns are aligned and effective.

· Ensure all brand campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable outcomes.

2. Market Research & Brand Insights

· Conduct market, brand, and competitor research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities.

· Develop customer segmentation strategies to target specific audience groups effectively.

· Evaluate brand campaign performance, community engagement, event impact, and influencer effectiveness.

· Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future brand initiatives.

3. Social Media, Content & Influencer Marketing

· Own and manage organic social media across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

· Create and manage content calendars, plan posts, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

· Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas, reels, stories, and engagement-driven campaigns.

· Lead influencer marketing initiatives including identification, collaboration, and content coordination.

· Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity remain consistent across all platforms.

4. Brand Performance Evaluation & Optimization

· Track and evaluate brand initiatives using KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, event footfall, influencer ROI, and contribution to sales.

· Optimize strategies based on performance data, market feedback, and audience insights.

· Continuously refine brand storytelling, campaigns, and community engagement to strengthen long-term brand equity.

Requirements:

· Hands-on experience managing organic social media platforms and content calendars.

· Prior experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.

· Proven experience in events, exhibitions, and brand activations.

· Experience in product marketing, including launches and positioning.

· 2 – 3 Years (UAE Experience Mandatory)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
